About us

Heron & Grey is a unique dining experience focused on serving only the best seasonal ingredients available to us. Our menus change as the seasons do, to consistently maintain quality, freshness and creativity.

We look forward to seeing you in our restaurant.

Our reservations are full until June of 2018 & we are currently not taking anymore reservations at this time.

Heron & Grey will be closing for Research and Development during the month of April.

Our next release date is scheduled for TUESDAY MAY 1st from 10am. This release will be for the entire month of June.

All future bookings will be released on a monthly basis & tailored to a specific menu. Please keep this in mind when booking your table.

If you have any dietary or allergy restrictions of any kind, you must check our upcoming ingredients listing here before acquiring your reservation, as certain menus will only suit certain diets.

We will not be able to deviate from these specific menu ingredients.

In the meantime please feel free to join our list for any last minute cancellations. 

Please understand that our space is restricted and can only seat just 60 people a week. 

'Added to Waitlist'

To all guests who decide to join our cancellations list following the link above you will receive an email notification that states the you have been 'Added to the Waitlist' for your chosen date.

Please be aware this is NOT A BOOKING at our restaurant as we are currently fully booked.

In the event that a customer should decide to cancel their booking with us, we will immediately notify all guests on the wait-list for the particular date in question. should such an instance occur.

Booking Terms & Conditions at Heron &



Dinner: Thursday - Saturday.

So that we may meet our own standards in food & service, we divide our dining room into two. Half our guests are invited to join us at 7:30pm, while the remaining half to join us at 8:30pm. 

Our dinner service typically resides over a three & a half hour period.

Due to the constraints in the size of our kitchen & the nature of the food we prepare, we kindly ask if you could be on time for your reservation so as no one guest is left waiting to dine with us, as all our guests are served food collectively here at Heron & Grey. 

Please note a discretionary 12.5% gratuity will be added to your bill.
