About Us


Heron & Grey is a fine dining restaurant focused on serving modern international cuisine using only the best seasonal ingredients available to us. Our menu will reinvent itself on a bi-weekly basis to consistently maintain quality, freshness and creativity. The main team comprises of Andrew Heron, who manages front of house and Damien Grey, who is the head chef. 

We are now fully booked until August 2017 and we will re-open our books for new reservations in spring of 2017.

We really do want to meet each & every one of you and are extremely grateful that you wish to visit our unique restaurant!


We have been working in the kitchens and dining rooms of Dublin & Australia for the past 15 years and love good food, wine and above all else, entertaining people who also share our passion.

Our mission is simple,

To provide our guest with the very best sourced produce and deliver it to you in a relaxed atmosphere. We hope you will take the time to sample our food and hospitality and join us in discovering what hidden Ireland really has to offer.


Opening Hours:

Dinner: Thursday - Saturday.

So that we may meet our own standards in food & service, we divide our dining room into two. Half our guests are invited to join us at 7:30pm, while the remaining half to join us at 8:30pm. 

Our dinner service typically resides over a 2 & a half hour period.

Due to the constraints in the size of our little kitchen & the nature of the food we prepare, we kindly ask if you could be on time for your reservation so as no one guest is left waiting to dine with us, as all our guests are served food collectively here at Heron & Grey.
